EI2, or Energy Impact Illinois, was started by the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) to give homeowners in Chicagoland and Rockford an affordable opportunity for financing energy efficient home improvements. This program recommends reputable contractors and is a quick and painless process from start to finish. GreenChoice Bank is the only bank participating in EI2 – we offer unsecured loans from $2,500 to $10,000, and secured loans for higher amounts.
